This rural haven is an ideal base for touring Scotland,visiting Edinburgh Festival or playing golf. Glasgow on the West coast and St Andrews on the East coast are easily accessible. Stirling which some say is the centre of Scotland is only 30 minutes away.

There are upto 40 courses within day-visit distance including Gleneagles, St Andrews and Muirfield to mention but a few !!

There also a number of good quality lochs and rivers where you cast a fly or whatever takes your fancy.
